Questions about a tour on this list, a correction to something we have written, or a request to be added? Write to us and a person will read it.

How to reach us

Email hello@falklandislandstour.com. We answer in English, usually within two working days.

We are a booking guide rather than a tour operator, so we cannot change, cancel or refund a booking. If you have already booked, the operator’s own confirmation email is the fastest route — it carries the reference number and the contact the operator actually watches, which matters on a port day.

If your booking has a problem

Go to the platform you booked through first. Every listing here states its cancellation terms on its own card, and the platform is the only party that can act on them. If your ship could not land, or a tour was cancelled for weather, that is where a refund is arranged.

Corrections

If a figure here is wrong, tell us and we will change it. Museum hours change with the season, the landowners set their own access, and an operator can rewrite a listing overnight. Tell us and it gets corrected, usually the same week.

Who writes this

Falkland Islands Tours is a small editorial team. Hours, access and prices are checked against the official pages before each update, and the date of the last check sits at the top of every page. Where two official pages disagree, you get both.

The islands’ own visitor information

Falkland Islands Tourist Board

Jetty Visitor Centre, Stanley FIQQ 1ZZ, Falkland Islands — the building in front of the tender pontoons, where the tours meet.

Historic Dockyard Museum

Ross Road, Stanley. Tuesday to Friday 10:00–16:00, shorter weekend hours, and longer hours on cruise-ship days.

We are not the tourist board and we do not sell anything on the islands’ behalf. For a landowner’s permission to visit a farm beach, a lost item or an official enquiry, the tourist board is the place to start.
