Falkland Islands Tours

Privacy Policy

Short version: this site is static HTML, it sets no cookies of its own, it runs no analytics, and it asks you for nothing. Last reviewed 2026-09-10.

What we collect

Nothing. There is no account, no form, no newsletter and no comment box on this site. We set no first-party cookies and we do not use any analytics package, so we do not know who you are, where you came from or which pages you read.

Third parties, and exactly when they are involved

Booking links

When you click a booking button you leave this site for Viator. From that moment its privacy policy applies, not ours. The link carries a partner identifier so the platform can attribute the booking to us; it carries nothing about you.

The map

The map on the homepage does not load until you press the button. Nothing is requested from Google and no cookie is set before you ask for it — which is why there is a button rather than a map on first paint, and why there is no cookie banner on this site.

Hosting and search tools

Our host keeps standard server logs, which include IP addresses, as every web server does. We have verified this domain with Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools; those show us aggregate search statistics and never identify an individual visitor.

Fonts, scripts and embeds

There are no web fonts loaded from a third party, no tag managers, no advertising scripts and no social widgets. The only JavaScript on any page is a few lines that update the “last checked” date and open the menu, and it runs entirely in your browser.

Children

This site is not directed at children and collects no data from anyone, of any age.

Your rights

Under the UK GDPR and the EU GDPR you have rights of access, rectification and erasure over personal data held about you. We hold none, so there is nothing to release or delete — but if you have written to us, that email exists, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it. If we ever added analytics or a form, this page would say so before it happened.
