What we are, and what we are not

We are a booking guide. We are not the Falkland Islands Tourist Board, not the Falkland Islands Government, not a landowner and not the operator of any tour listed here. Every booking is made with the operator through Viator, the platform that lists it, and their terms govern it.

How we are paid

When you follow a booking link on this site and complete a booking, Viator pays us a commission out of its own margin. You pay the same price either way. We are paid the same rate whichever product you choose, so there is no tour on this site we earn more from than another.

Placement cannot be bought

No operator has paid to appear here, to appear higher, or to be described in a particular way. The tours featured at the top of the homepage were chosen for spread — the king colony, a short tour near Stanley, a private farm-beach day — and the reasoning is written out rather than implied. The cheapest tour on this list is deliberately not among them; it carries its own badge in the grid.

Where the figures come from

Prices, ratings, review counts, inclusions and cancellation terms are the operators’ own, taken from their listings on Viator on 10 September 2026, and shown here as they stand. They move. Treat every price as indicative and confirm it on the booking page before you pay.

Facts about the islands — the permit, the museum’s hours, the reserves, the wildlife and the history — come from the Falkland Islands Tourist Board, the Falkland Islands Government, Falklands Conservation and the museum’s own pages, and are ours to get right. Where two official pages disagree, the page tells you both.

Ratings are theirs, not ours

We publish no ratings of our own and we mark up none of the operators’ ratings as structured data. The star scores and review counts on this site are reproduced as visible text, labelled as the operator’s figures. The traveller reviews are paraphrases of real reviews left on those listings, never reproduced word for word and never invented.

Your rights

Nothing here removes any right you have against the operator or the platform. Read the cancellation terms on the booking page before you pay — Volunteer Point asks for more notice than the rest, and its card says so.
